CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

Rooms will not be reserved without a deposit.

Bookings confirmed on receipt of deposit. Please enclose stamped addressed envelope for receipt.
No deposits are refundable or transferable.
Balance of outstanding monies will be paid on arrival.
Cheques can only be accepted to the value of 50.00 GBP with a cheque guarantee card.
Rooms available between 2pm and 5pm on the day of arrival unless previously arranged.
Check out by 10am on the day of departure. Failure to do so would constitute a further day booking and
therefore require an extra payment with the respective tariff.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
A variable fee will be charged at the discretion of the management for all cancellations/cutailments/no-shows,
depending upon the amount of notice given of cancellation.
In the event of accomodation which has been reserved being cancelled, it is desired to draw attention to the fact that a hotel
or guest house has a right in law to claim to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from a cancellation or no-show.
No allowance made for meals not taken or accomodation vacated early.
A charge of 15 GBP will be made for any keys lost.
No Pets
This establishment has a no-smoking policy throughout. Failure to comply to comply with this policy will result in a charge
being made to cover the extra cost of cleaning the furishings and carpets - also any
losses incurred due to rooms being un-able to be re-let whilst cleaning is in progress.
