Rhyl and the surrounding areas have many attractions to offer the visitor. The town is
set amongst the beautiful Welsh countryside and is close to the historical Roman town of
Chester, and also Liverpool - the birthplace of the Beatles. The area around Rhyl has excellent
golf courses and fantastic fresh and salt water fishing opportunities. The town of Rhyl
itself also has several attractions.


SCENERY,
Rhyl is set in the beautifully rugged North Wales Countryside with the sea to the north
and the Welsh mountains to the south. A picturesque area of the United Kingdom with many
hidden treasures to reveal. The local countryside has magnificent valleys,
pretty river and lakes and attractive rolling hills.
THE SUN CENTRE
The Sun Centre is an indoor, water-based tropical paradise.
Attractions include the thrilling 200ft Dragon slide, Elephant and Octopus Slides,
Europe's first ever Indoor Surf Pool and a tropical storm.
You can view the whole park from the monorail.
Pay once and then stay all day.
THE SEAQUARIUM
The SeaQuarium in Rhyl houses the only walkthrough underwater tunnel in Wales.
See fascinating sea creatures in superb marine habitats,
